Three people are out of their homes this morning after flames broke out in a building in North Vancouver.
Crews were called to Marine Drive near Philip Avenue around five yesterday afternoon.

The building also houses a business on the ground floor, which suffered heavy smoke and water damage.
No one was inside when the fire started and traffic in the area was disrupted for several hours while crews worked to contain the flames.
Officers believe the fire might have started in the basement.
Fire inspectors are continuing to investigate.
