Olympians, hockey players to join Pride Parade festivities

CALGARY- Hockey stars and Olympic gold medalists will be among those proudly marching in Calgary’s Pride parade.

The festival kicks off around noon on Sunday, with a parade starting at Centre Street and 8th Avenue, then winding west toward Shaw Millenium Park.

The following athletes will be participating, representing organizations like the Calgary Flames, Calgary Stampeders and Calgary Hitmen.
