Okanagan Forecast: Near or Below Seasonal Temps for Labour Day Weekend

Weather update: Thursday August 28th 5am

The Labour Day Long Weekend is coming up fast, and temperatures will remain near or slightly below seasonal over the next several days.

Today, a flat upper ridge will keep our conditions mostly dry, and just allow for very isolated showers to move into the region.

However, as we head into the weekend an upper trough will bring a greater chance of showers to the Shuswap Friday afternoon and evening.

The Central and North Okanagan regions will also see an increasing risk of showers, although any showers that fall will remain isolated.

The South Okanagan will remain mostly dry with just a minimal chance of showers through the weekend.

Thursday’s High: 21 to 28C
