Governor General coming to Saskatchewan

Gov. Gen. David Johnston will serve as the sharp end of a political stick that the Harper government is pointing at China this coming week, amid renewed concern that Chinese investment in Canada is drying up.

Canada‘s Governor General is coming to Saskatchewan. 

David Johnston and his wife, Sharon, will visit Regina and Gravelbourg on Sunday, including a local Hutterite colony.

On Monday, Johnston will be in Saskatoon, where he will attend a Habitat for Humanity  event. 

He will also visit Wanuskewin and the University of Saskatchewan.
