Plans include relocating and expanding the food court, to allow for more retailers in high-traffic areas. The eating area will then have 16 vendors instead of its current 14, and the seating capacity will increase by 200 people to 1,300 spots.

Work is scheduled to begin in January, with the first phase being completed in spring 2016 and the second phase in spring 2017.

CrossIron Mills opened in 2009.
