SCHOMBERG, Ont. – Police are investigating the murder of two men in their 70s at a construction company in Schomberg, Ont., north of Toronto.
York Regional Police received a call at 10:25 a.m. about two injured men at James Elliott Underground Construction.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken to hospital, where he later died.
Police have taken a man in his 40s in for questioning and are calling him a “person of interest” in the case.
Global News has learned both victims and the man in custody are all mechanics at the company, one being the shop foreman. One victim had reportedly worked at the company for 40 years.
