TORONTO — Canada Post is honouring five homegrown country music artists with a series of stamps.
Ontario’s Shania Twain and Tommy Hunter, Alberta’s k.d. lang, Nova Scotia’s Hank Snow and Quebec’s Renée Martel grace the stamps, which are available in sets of 10.
“Our selection for this stamp series reflects the remarkable variety within Canadian – and international – country music, crossing generations and musical approaches,” said Deepak Chopra, president and CEO of Canada Post, in a release.

The Twain, Snow and Martel stamps were designed by Sabrina McAllister and Xerxes Irani and the Hunter and lang stamps were designed by Roy White of Subplot Design Inc.
