UPDATE: A search warrant was executed at a personal residence on the Anaham First Nations Reserve on Wednesday.
A 27-year-old Anaham man was taken into custody.
Charges are currently pending against the man in connection with the seizure of various firearms and ammunition and for breaching his recognizance of bail and probation order.
RCMP say one of their officers was threatened by two men allegedly attempting to start a stolen vehicle in Alexis Creek.

The incident happened early Sunday morning around 1 a.m. on the Anaham Reserve.
Alexis Creek is on Hwy. 20 between Williams Lake and Bella Coola.
Police say one of their officers approached the truck, and the passenger fled. The officer managed to take the driver into custody.
While the officer was dealing with the suspect, two other men, one of whom was armed with a knife, approached the officer and threatened him.
The officer called for back-up and the two men fled.
Additional officers attended the scene and a search began for the suspects who allegedly threatened the arresting officer. During the search, several shots were fired at police at two different time intervals. No one was injured but police say the incident was “very high risk.”
