TORONTO – Traffic came to a standstill on a busy Pennsylvania road Friday after a corpse on a gurney fell out of a coroner’s van, sending the body rolling onto the street.

According to the Bucks County Courier Times, the incident happened near a busy shopping mall around noon, when a coroner’s office employee noticed the rear door malfunctioned and opened while transporting the body.

A person who was nearby when the accident happened snapped a photo of the body, wrapped in a sheet amongst stopped traffic, and posted it on Facebook.

“Just when I thought I’ve seen everything. That’s a dead body on a stretcher that launched out of the back of a coroner’s vehicle in Feasterville,” Jerry Bradley wrote on his Facebook post.
