EDMONTON-  Summer is prime time for swimming, but one pool was out of commission on Thursday.

The City Hall pool is closed for regular maintenance so a valve can be unblocked, according to city officials. They anticipate the pool will be back up and running on Friday, just in time for the oncoming heat wave.

To keep cool, the city’s other outdoor pools remain open.
