CALGARY- Two 18-year-olds face criminal charges, after a senior was assaulted while walking along 17 Ave. S.W.
On June 24, the 66-year-old man was walking near 24 St. when he got into an altercation with two cyclists. It led to the man being assaulted, and he was seriously injured and had to be rushed to hospital.
On Tuesday, police charged two people in connection with the incident. Benjamin Reese-Taylor and Shawna Conley now face assault charges.
