Ask a Health Pro – homemade skincare
I think knowing what ingredients are in your body products is so important.
Chris Wood, Owner of Wood’s Body Goods, compares body products to food. Eat what is healthy for your body and put what is healthy on it too!
She has a pretty unique concept; she hosts parties where you can make your own products, so you know exactly what you’re mixing together.

Police chief talks about issues in Saskatoon
Saskatoon Police Chief Clive Weighill dropped by to talk about issues in the city.
Melissa chats with the star of the Graham Slam
While at the golf course today, I met a few people who shared their stories with me about being a sick child and having to travel out of province to receive medical care.
I can’t even imagine how hard that must be for a child and for the family both emotionally and financially.
I’m so glad that work on the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan is underway and that charitable events like the Graham Slam are doing their part to make sure we get the best in equipment and care.
It was wonderful to see a celebrity like Graham DeLaet himself do what he can to give back to his province.
The community did a great job coming together to make sure this event went as well as it did.
And of course getting a golf lesson from a pro like Graham isn’t all that bad either! Who knows, maybe his skills will rub off on me!
