WILTON, Sask. – One person is dead and at least two others were injured following a three vehicle chain reaction crash near Wilton, Sask. on Monday afternoon.
Just before 2 p.m., Mounties received numerous calls of a collision at the intersection of Highway 303 and Range Road 3265.

An eastbound Ford F-150 was stopped at the intersection to make a left-hand turn from the highway to the range road when it was rear-ended by a semi hauling steel pipe.
The force of the impact pushed the truck into oncoming traffic where it collided head-on with a Ford Fiesta.
A passenger in the Fiesta, a 54-year-old woman, died from injuries she received in the crash. Her name has not been released.
The drivers of the vehicles were taken to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon for treatment of their injuries. There is no word on their current conditions.
Maidstone RCMP and a traffic collision analyst continue to investigate.
