TORONTO — A number of well-known entertainers representing a variety of musical genres are set to perform at WorldPride 2014 in Toronto.
Here’s a look at some of the entertainers who will be in the city to party. Best of all, the shows are free!
June 20
Melissa Etheridge, Deborah Cox, Steve Grand and others perform at the WorldPride 2014 opening ceremony at Nathan Phillips Square. 7pm
June 21
Mia Martina performs at the Pride of Bloor-Yorkville concert hosted by Global Toronto’s Antony Robart in the Village of Yorkville Park. 7:30pm
June 22
Peaches takes over the Bud Light South Stage. 8pm
June 24
Crystal Waters is part of the Blockorama fun on the TD Wellesley Stage. 12 noon
June 27
Carly Rae Jepsen, Dragonette and Fefe Dobson will perform at MTV presents Pop Goes Pride on the TD Wellesley Stage. 7pm
Carole Pope, The Parachute Club and Berlin are the scheduled entertainers at the Bud Light South Stage on Church Street. 7pm
The Nylons perform on the Air Canada Village Stage at Church and Wellesley Streets. 7pm
The Cliks and AGAINST ME! perform on the Molson Canadian Yonge-Dundas Stage. 8pm
June 28
Grammy winner Estelle, Deborah Cox and Jully Black are among those on the TD Wellesley Stage. 2pm
Chely Wright headlines an afternoon of country music on the Bud Light South Stage. 2pm
June 29
The WorldPride 2014 closing ceremony at the Molson Canadian Yonge-Dundas Square stage features performances by Tegan and Sara, Cece Peniston, Robin S. and others. 5pm
Martha Wash joins a line-up of DJs on the OLG Central Stage at Church and Maitland Streets. 2pm
