TORONTO – A Toronto man has been accused of an indecent act involving a cucumber a Scarborough library.
Police responded to a call at the Agincourt Library Bonis Avenue just after 11 a.m. on Saturday and were directed to a man holding a cucumber who was recognized from an earlier incident in April.
In that incident, police allege a man sat down next to a 26-year-old woman who was studying and opened his laptop and began to commit an indecent act while holding a cucumber.
Fredrick Tennyson Davis, 49, is charged with one count of committing an indecent act and two counts of failing to comply with terms of probation.
He appeared in court on Tuesday.
Police believe there may be other victims, and are appealing to witnesses to come forward.
