WINNIPEG – The death of Niels ‘Arne’ Nielsen, 96, in MacGregor, Man., is being investigated as a homicide following an autopsy.
Nielsen was found dead on Sunday. Police haven’t made any arrests and are asking for help from the public in their investigation.

Nielsen spent lots of time in the yard of his small home at 13 Talbot St. E. across from MacGregor Collegiate, police said.
They ask that anyone who may have seen him in the days leading up to Saturday, or who may have any information about his death, to contact the Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-857-4445.
