VANCOUVER – Vancouver Police have arrested a man in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in Stanley Park on May 26.
A woman was jogging near Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park at about 8:30 a.m. when police say she was grabbed from behind, knocked to the ground and groped. She managed to fight off her attacker and he ran away.

Police say she was not physically injured but she suffered significant emotional distress.
Charges have now been laid against 37-year-old Clinton Bruce Brown from Burns Lake.
Brown has been held in custody, pending his appearance in Vancouver Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June.
