SASKATOON – Police are searching for two suspects after a Saskatoon cab driver was robbed on Thursday morning.
Police say the two pulled a knife on the cabbie around 5:20 a.m. in the 900-block of Duchess Street.
They assaulted the driver and then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The driver was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Both suspects are described as aboriginals about 25 years of age. The female suspect is around 5’6” and was wearing a black shirt while the male suspect is around 5’10” with a medium build.
