In his law suit, Klonteig claims the District “didn’t take alternative disciplinary measures consistent with its treatment of other District employees in similar circumstances.”

The 48 year old, who was earning $101,000 annually plus performance bonuses, says he’s having difficulty finding comparable employment and is seeking $152,000 in damages.

The District of West Kelowna isn’t commenting about the law suit.
