WEST KELOWNA — Officials knew it was arson but they didn’t know who lit the fire.
Today, RCMP confirm that they’ve made an arrest in connection with last year’s fire that destroyed the Westbank Community Hall.

The hall had to be rebuilt after the structure went up in flames last September.
RCMP say they’ve arrested Kerry Robert Cooper of Kelowna.
The 30 year-old has been charged with arson and is due in court tomorrow.
