Thousands of Calgarians are expected to lace up their runners to show mom just how much they care.
The 37th Annual Mother’s Day Run and Walk kicks off just after 9 a.m. Sunday at Chinook Centre.

There’s fun for the whole family, featuring a 10km run, 5km run or walk, 5km and 10km wheelchair division, a Little Legs Race for kids aged two to four, plus tons of entertainment and prizes.
A portion of the proceeds go to the Calgary Health Trust, in support of Neonatal Intensive Care Units at several hospitals in the city.
