According to a report by People.com, a source has confirmed that Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas have split. Do I believe this? Not yet. If you recall, there were rumours back in December that Pippa Middleton and her beau were engaged. These engagement rumours have yet to be confirmed.
Considering Cressida attended her first official royal function only one month ago, back in March at the We Day UK charity event, I would be surprised if they split so soon.
I do find it tough to say right now, however, whether they’ll make it or not as a couple. Although the odds are still in her favour that she’ll be Harry’s princess, Cressida reportedly has acting aspirations which she may not want to give up. She was also said to be in “Princess Bootcamp.” So, could it be possible that the pressures of royal life got to her? Could she be getting cold feet after her princess training about taking her relationship to the next level? We’ll have to wait and see.
She’s not seemingly as polished as Kate Middleton, but their relationship, and her recent official outing, does offer some hope they could be seriously heading towards the altar one day. Perhaps, however, this reported break up is a publicity stunt to give her some breathing room before a big announcement.
