CALGARY – Energy services company Zedi Inc. (TSXV:ZED) says it has acquired the SilverJack lift business unit from TCB Welding and Construction Ltd. of Brooks, Alta.

The pricetag of the deal, announced Wednesday, is $1.76 million in cash and an earnout, based on revenue performance over three years.
Zedi said SilverJack’s hydraulic pump technology integrates into the Calgary company’s current oil optimization technology and the company’s energy strategies.
