Sentencing arguments begin today in the case of a Lower Mainland woman guilty of infanticide.
Sarah Leung was convicted of two counts of infanticide last Thursday, after six days of jury deliberation.

The jury opted for the lesser charge, rather than the original offences of second degree murder.
Defence lawyers say that Leung was incapable of forming the intent to kill her two newborns, because of emotional distress.
The babies were disposed of in plastic bags.
It’s not clear what the crown or defence will ask for in sentencing.
