Severe thunderstorm warning for:
Outlook – Watrous – Hanley – Imperial – Dinsmore region
As of 9:51 CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms developing along a line from south of Kindersley to the Kerrobert area and tracking eastwards at approximately 30 km/h. The main threats from these thunderstorms are heavy downpours and quarter-sized hail or larger. These storms also have the potential to produce severe wind gusts in excess of 90 km/h.
Kindersley – Rosetown – Biggar – Wilkie – Macklin region
As of 9:51 CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms developing along a line from south of Kindersley to the Kerrobert area and tracking eastwards at approximately 30 km/h. The main threats from these thunderstorms are heavy downpours and quarter-sized hail or larger. These storms also have the potential to produce severe wind gusts in excess of 90 km/h.
Leader – Gull Lake region
At 9:40 PM CST weather radar indicated severe thunderstorms near Maple Creek moving northeastward at 40 km/h. These thunderstorms are capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and heavy downpours.
