Décor and Design – Jessica learns what’s in style for kitchen cabinets

If I could, I would update my cabinets.

Everyone who comes into my place notices that they need a little facelift, however, I rent so there is nothing I can do but dream, and plan out my dream home.

Looking at the options given in the segment, I would probably go with a contemporary white cabinet as it’s always a timeless classic, or the dark flat faced cabinet.

Watch for yourself and see what you would pick too!

It was very touching hearing all the camp stories from Jamie this morning and how much he not only enjoys the activities but the relationships that are built there.

Today the Global Saskatoon Morning News team will be participating in the crafting competition that Jamie will be judging.

This kicks off the fundraising campaign Safeway is holding which help send kids to camp and also help with any equipment they may need. Last year Safeway managed to raise 200 per cent of their overall goal something Henry, the manager of the University Heights location, was extremely proud of.

It was also great to see how Jamie’s eyes lit up talking about camp and getting involved as a new Easter Seals ambassador for Saskatoon and area.

Brooke brought in a taco salad that is fun and interactive for everyone. In her recipe, she used kidney beans with seasoned with the taco sauce instead of seasoned chicken or ground beef.

This is a great alternative for meat, especially for those vegetarians out there, especially since you still get that protein in your meal.
