Arson is suspected in two fires that broke out at about 12:30 a.m. Friday in Lake Country.
One of the fires badly damaged a house on Lang Court and destroyed a large motor home parked outside.

The other was in a cedar hedge at a house a few doors down the street.
Police call the fires highly suspicious and suspect an accelerant was used in both blazes.
“We’re going to have a series of arson investigators attend and we’ll have a better idea of what we’re looking at,” says RCMP constable David Caley.
The fire chief estimates damages could reach almost $1 million.
No-one was injured and the homeowners, a retired couple, are insured.
