WINNIPEG – RCMP are investigating allegations of racial abuse after they were called to a minor hockey game where fighting broke out on the ice and in the stands.
No injuries were reported following the fight in Stonewall, Man., but witnesses said a linesman was kicked and punched by members of the Lake Manitoba First Nation bantam team.

Lake Manitoba coaches allege the game officials made racist remarks and swore at their players during the championship game against a Stonewall bantam team.
About 100 people were removed from the rink after police arrived.
No one has been arrested or charged.
