The jury heard more testimony in the Matthew Foerster murder trial today.
The Cherryville man faces a first degree murder charge in connection with the death of Taylor Van Diest, the Armstrong teen whose badly beaten body was discovered near railway tracks on Halloween night 2011.

Today’s evidence included more footage from a video-taped police interview with Foerster, shortly after his arrest.
Other evidence today included testimony from Van Diest’s boyfriend, the first person to discover Van Diest’s body the night she died.
