A popular Kelowna-based kids’ website is back up and running after the domain expired Monday.
A Disney Online Studios spokeswoman said a “technical glitch” caused the Club Penguin domain to expire, keeping its 12 million players from using the gaming site for around six to seven hours.

“The majority of our players around the world are able to access the site,” said Karen Mason on Wednesday morning. “The teams have been working around the clock since this occurred.”
The Internet company was sold to the Walt Disney Corp. for $350 million in 2007.
