Abbotsford Police believe street racing is to blame for a crash that sent two young men to hospital.
Emergency crews used the jaws of life to pull the passenger from a champagne-coloured Toyota Corolla.
He and the driver are both expected to make a full recovery.
Police say the pair was traveling at speeds of up to 120 km/h — possibly racing another vehicle –when they slammed through a fence and into wood pallets last night.
The posted speed limit in the area is 50 km/h.
Police say the second vehicle that the Corolla was believed to be street racing with fled the area. There is no description of that vehicle.
