Two downtown Vancouver theatres are opening their big screens to Canucks fans.
The remaining Stanley Cup final games will be the top bill at the second-run Denman Cinema on 1779 Comox in the West End.
The theatre sits 400 people. Doors open at 4 p.m.
Game 5 on Friday will also be screened at the Vancity Theatre on 1181 Seymour St.
Previous games have been broadcast on the atrium screen in the theatre’s lobby, but Friday’s pivotal game will be aired on the big screen.
Both venues are free.
Now let’s hope the game doesn’t turn into a horror show.
