Missing Saskatchewan man located in Winnipeg

WINNIPEG – A missing Saskatchewan man has been located in Winnipeg.

Russell Conlon, 31, was reported missing on Feb. 28 after he was last seen near Lloydminster late in the evening of Feb. 26.

There were concerns as Conlon suffers from a brain injury and functions at a much younger age.

In a release, Maidstone RCMP said Conlon was located by Winnipeg Police Service on Monday.
