Weather challenge: Who had the worst winter in Canada?

TORONTO – The competition is on.

As Canadians we wear our winter hardiness proudly. We do, after all, have the title of the “Great White North.”

But this winter, a winter that seemed to have lasted forever — even today as a winter weather bomb drops on Atlantic Canada — we may find ourselves complaining just that much more.
