A man is in a Toronto hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach after a shooting outside a popular east-end mall.
Police say the shooting happened at a bus platform on a transit route that loops through the Scarborough Town Centre.
No arrests have been made.
The Toronto Transit Commission says most buses are now entering the Scarborough Town Centre station and there is full service on the area’s rapid transit line.
The southeast bus bay remains closed for the police investigation.
The victim, who is believed to be in his 20s, was rushed to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
The weapon used in the shooting is reported to be a small-calibre handgun.
