Police are investigating a shooting after a man with a bullet wound stumbled into a restaurant at 35th Avenue and Victoria Drive last night.
Just after 9:30 p.m., the victim was sitting in his vehicle when an unknown man approached him and shot multiple rounds into the vehicle and ran off.
The 33-year-old man went to a nearby restaurant for help. Paramedics responded and he was taken to hospital to undergo surgery. The man has since been released.
Victoria Drive was closed while police investigated.
At this stage of the investigation, police believe this was a targeted shooting.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made in the incident.
