Okanagan Forecast: Weekend will be Dry to Start But…..

What a beautiful and warm day for many parts of the Okanagan Valley.

Started off with a bit of fog this morning by the lake, but once a southerly breeze was established, we saw warmer temperatures and some of the fog dissipated.

Tomorrow we will see more cloud.

Although the weekend will be dry to start, expect the risk of showers to increase in the late afternoon/evening with the next incoming weather system.

Freezing levels will remain well above the valley bottom this weekend, so most areas will see the precip fall as rain, and snow is only expected in areas above 1400m.
