SALMON ARM, BC – A 34-year-old man is in critical condition following a stabbing in the Shuswap.
The man was working at the Super Self Storage facility at 4750 40th Avenue SE when he was allegedly knifed by his co-worker just after 11 A.M., according to Salmon Arm RCMP. He has been airlifted to Kamloops Regional Hospital.
While serious, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police say mental health issues may have been a factor.
The 32-year-old suspect was arrested at Super Self Storage and remains in police custody.
