TORONTO – Toronto police are asking for the public’s help finding a man and his young daughter in what they are calling a parental abduction case.
Moses Ma, 27, and his two-year-old daughter Sofi were last known to be in Toronto in January.

Police have said they are concerned for the missing girl’s safety.
A warrant has been issued for Moses Ma, who police say is wanted for parental abduction and disobeying a court order.
He is described as having short black hair and brown eyes, while Sofi is described as having black, shoulder-length hair and dark-brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
