School bus cancellations and public transportation delays for Feb. 18

WATCH: The Tuesday, February 18, 2014 weather forecast for Toronto, Ontario and the surrounding area.

TORONTO – The snowfall in the Greater Toronto Area has not yet resulted in school bus cancellations or delays Tuesday morning.

Environment Canada says the snow will end later this morning with a total accumulation of 10 centimetres.

The commute to work will also be a messy one for drivers across the GTA.

Ontario Provincial Police are advising people to slow down and keep a proper distance between other vehicles.

Toronto’s high will be plus 1 degrees Celsius with a low tonight of 0.

Peel District School Board: No bus cancellations today and all schools remain open.

No major service disruptions.

GO Transit:

GO Train and Bus servrice are running normally.

Passengers are advised to leave extra time for their commute with possible rail service delays due to the weather.

Pearson International Airport:

As of 7:30 a.m., 88 flights have been cancelled. Passengers are reminded to check with their airline before arriving at the airport.
