A group of competitive wheelchair soccer players invaded Penticton this weekend.
The B.C. Storm Power Soccer Tournament hosted 34 players in the competition.
Many players are based out of Vancouver but form teams with players from around the province.
The tournament began seven years ago to bring wheelchair athletes together for some fun.
However, many players use it to practice before moving onto provincial and national competitions.
A group of 10 players on the Okanagan Thunderchairs team meet every Sunday in Kelowna.
South Okanagan organizers are hoping to start their own local game.
