TORONTO – There was an unusual sight early Friday morning as a dump truck was found stuck under a bridge on Highway 401.
The accident happened just after one 1 a.m. when the vehicle with its box in the upright position got stuck while it was trying to pass under the second line bridge near Mavis Road.

Ontario Provincial Police were on scene for at least an hour to divert traffic while the box of the dump truck was removed by a couple of tow trucks.
The driver was uninjured.
