Manitoba: Winnipeg-North

Winnipeg-North had been held by the NDP for many years, but in a November 2010 byelection – after Judy Wasylycia-Leis abandoned the seat for an unsuccessful mayoral bid – the Liberals’ Kevin Lamoureux pulled off a big victory, winning by 795 votes. The NDP wants the riding back.
