WHITBY, Ont. – Police say they’ll resume a search Monday at a waterfront area of Whitby, Ont., for any sign of a 52-year-old man who disappeared almost three weeks ago.

Investigators say they have turned up no leads in the case of Jeffrey Boucher, who was reported missing after it’s believed he headed out for a morning run on Jan. 13.

Durham regional police say they will resume the search of waters around the Whitby Pier using an underwater search robot on loan from the Toronto police marine unit.

Investigators say the robot has a camera that will allow officers to search open water around the pier but it will be manned from shore by remote control and no vessels will be on the water.
