BMO says the service disruption that kept customers from logging in on their website has been resolved.
Reports began coming into DownDetector around 4 a.m. Eastern, reaching a height of about 115 complaints as of 9:45 a.m. before beginning to decline.

At the time, the bank said customers could still access their accounts through the BMO app, local branches and ATMs while they worked to restore service.
The bank said in an email at about 11:40 a.m. that the disruption had been resolved with all services restored.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our customers for their patience,” a spokesperson for BMO wrote in an email to Global News.
