Traffic is a mess this afternoon on Highway 1 west of 232nd St. in Langley.
There are unconfirmed reports a dump truck may have clipped an overpass and went into the median.
A rail overpass in the area has been under construction as part of a project by Port Metro Vancouver.
Traffic is backed up to 200th Street traveling eastbound.
