The 20-year-old man was recently evicted from the house where he was ordered to stay in order to undergo six months of drug therapy.

He was expelled from the program after violating the rules. As he did not complete the therapy program, this will mean new charges.

Vadeboncoeur was charged with armed robbery after being accused of entering a Trois-Rivières pharmacy on Feb. 2, 2013, wearing a mask and armed with a handgun.

His case attracted international attention after his arrest – an act of alleged police brutality – was caught in part on surveillance video.
