TORONTO – Police in Hallandale Beach, Florida are expected to give an update on the murder of Toronto couple David Pichosky and Rochelle Wise.
The press conference is expected to begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Wise, 66, and Pichosky, 71, were found dead inside their Florida home in January 2013. Police suggested in April that a robbery may have been a contributing factor in their death.

Wise’s wedding band – valued at approximately $16,000 – was missing from the couple’s condo, police said at the time.
“We are hoping that if we find this ring it may lead us to more information,” Hallandale Beach Police Chief Dwayne Flournoy said in April.
Though police have not named any suspects in the case, surveillance video from the couple’s Florida neighbour showed an unidentified woman walking to the rear of the home the day the couple was believed to be murdered.
The couple’s family remains in Toronto. Crestwood Valley Day Camp, which Wise co-founded, has renamed the arts centre in tribute to her.
