SAINT-LAMBERT – About 60 Saint-Lambert residents are homeless for Christmas after a massive fire tore through an apartment building Monday night.
It started at around 4 p.m in the storeroom of a three-storey building on Plamondon Blvd.

75 firefighters battled the flames and finally got the fire under control after 10 p.m
The Red Cross has placed tenants who’ve lost everything in temporary lodging.
Donations for the affected families can be dropped off at 35 Ave du Fort all day on Christmas.
Nobody was injured in the fire and the cause is still unknown.
