CALGARY – There’s more money on the table to improve 70 Alberta provincial parks and recreation areas.
Federal and provincial officials have announced they are splitting a $10-million investment to enhance park services and improve access for visitors.
Improvements include repairing and upgrading hiking trails, refurbishing campsites, removing hazardous trees, replacing picnic tables and fire pits and enhancing viewpoints.
